I have long term relationships with HVAC techs, plumbers, handymen, painters and more. When applicable, I also handle small repairs directly, to minimize any lag time for your tenant.

Tenant PlacementScreening applicants to ensure quality renters is an integral part of my role as a property manager. Not only do I conduct a thorough background and credit check, I also speak directly with past & current landlords and employers to determine the best applicant for your home.

COMPREHENSIVE LEASE & MOVE-INYour investment will be secured by the most recent Florida Bar certified lease agreement with additional, applicable clauses curated over years of experience, giving my owners the utmost protection against default. A move-in entails 100+ pictures of the home for legal record upon vacating.
