I've been managing rental properties in Tampa Bay since 2009, and personally own several rentals myself. I've realized that real estate ownership is the key to the American dream, and therefore enjoy devoting my time to helping others realize that potential. Although not exactly a Tampa native, I grew up just 1 hour south in Sarasota, until attending college at the University of Florida, where I studied Criminology, Psychology, as well as Business Management. Upon graduating, my (now) wife Oya and I moved to Tampa, where our first apartment on Bayshore Blvd provided an pivotal opportunity to dive head first into real estate and property management. The rest is history and now my family of 4 and I reside in the Westchase community of Tampa Bay. As your property manager, I intend to treat your home as if it was my own, and make sure your tenants do the same. |
